4" Copper Helmet

Helmet made of copper in 4 inch with a 3 inch sight glass and 4 inch ferrule on the bottom and a 2" ferrule as top port according BS 4825, which are compatible with all of our products with tri-clamp flange connections.

Copper helmets are ideal for traditional whiskey, brandy or rum production, they offer a larger surface for interacting with the vapor.

Such a helmet can be used together with a column or as part of a pot still.

The helmet is manufactured with utmost care, the weldings are done by hand and not by machine. This is why the welding lines are not as clean as on industrial products, which adds a nice touch of individuality and craftsmanship, and gives the product a traditional look.
