French Oak N°2 Mini Staves Vanilla & Sweet for slow maturation, coco and sweet aromas, cinnamon, high in vanillin, furfural (fresh almonds) notes, distinct wood tones, fresh butter, butterscotch.

Direction: 5 - 20 gram wood in 1 liter spirit perferably at cask strength (around 65% ABV) for at least 4 weeks. The exact amount of wood and the duration of aging depends on personal preferences. We advise to try different variations.
