Our Shipping Policy

Preface

We mainly ship with Austrian Post, who carries our mostly pretty heavy parcels reliably to all our supported countries. Each postal package is automatically insured up to a value of 510 EUR, an additional transport insurance can be offered for value. Shipping costs and shipping risk have to be born by you. Please be aware that the shipping weight is higher than the sum of the contained goods due to the packaging materials, which is accounted for by our shop system automatically. Deliveries can be built up of several parcels due to their extent and/or weight, the shipping costs mentioned below are per parcel and exclusive value added tax. Deliveries, which can not be shipped by parcel or not at reasonable costs, are carried out by freight forwarding. Please understand that freight forwarding costs can not be given in advance, because these have to be requested individually.
