8" Copper Helmet

Helmet made of copper in 8 inch with a 4 inch ferrule for a sight glass and 8 inch ferrules made of stainless steel according BS 4825, which are compatible with all of our products with tri-clamp flange connections.

This helmet consists of two parts: the actual helmet and the cone. The upper end of the cone is in 3". Both can be assembled with tri-clamps and the actual helmet is equipped with a thermometer and a 4 inch ferrule for a sight glass kit.

Copper helmets are ideal for traditional whiskey, brandy or rum production, they offer a larger surface for interacting with the vapor.

Such a helmet can be used together with a column or as part of a pot still.

Helmet and cone are manufactured with utmost care, the weldings are done by hand and not by machine. This is why the welding lines are not as clean as on industrial products, which adds a nice touch of individuality and craftsmanship, and gives the product a traditional look.
