50L Fermenter

Our 50 liter fermenter made of stainless steel, the ideal small batch vessel!

This multipurpose vessel is equipped with the following ports:

• 1 x 2 inch tri-clamp drain port
• 1 x 1.5 inch tri-clamp port with racking arm
• 1 x 1.5 inch tri-clamp front port with analog thermometer
• 1 x 1.5 inch tri-clamp top port with hose adapter for airlock
• 1 x removable lid with a diameter of 40 cm, tightly lockable with a pull ring and a special gasket made of food safe silicone, which enables easy interior cleaning

The compact design, low weight, a handle and three casters with locking allow easy handling.

The included racking arm with 90° 3/4 inch tubing and handle for easy rotation allows sampling of liquid from different levels avoiding sediment at the bottom of the tank.

The typical applications with the appropriate configuration would be as fermenter or storage container for distillers and beer brewers likewise.

The necessary accessories for the respective application, e.g. drain assembly and the valve for the racking arm, are to be ordered separately.

Fermenters, which we do not have available from stock, can be made by our factory to customer specifications. Here the lead time is usually about 3-4 months from placing of order and down-payment. Details can be requested using our contact form.
