Copper ProCap36™ with Flow Director

Professional bubble cap made of copper for installation on our ProCap36™ bubble plates.

This revolutionary new bubble cap generation combines bubble cap and downcomer, and therefor no separate downcomer each bubble plate is required. This allows driving a column with more energy, resulting in a higher take off speed at consistent product quality without flooding the plates.

Each ProCap36 consists of a two-part combination of bubble cap and downcomer made of copper, a flow director for the reflux, and a screw connection made of stainless steel.

Please be aware of the required amount of ProCaps for each bubble plate size.
