French Oak N°3 Blend

French Oak N°3 High Vanilla Blend is a mixture of different wood varieties and toastings for fast maturation, high in vanilla, with sweet vanilla notes, low wood and smoke tones, and a balanced formula.

Direction: 5 - 20 gram wood in 1 liter spirit perferably at cask strength (around 65% ABV) for less than 4 weeks. The exact amount of wood and the duration of aging depends on personal preferences. We advise to try different variations.

Tip: The soft vanilla does not superpose subtle fruit aroma (like apple) too much, making this blend perfectly suitable for refining fruit brandies!
