• American Oak N°3 Blocks Vanilla & Spice for fast maturation, balanced in moderate, fine and sweet vanilla and smoky tones, enhanced wood notes, spicy.
• American Oak N°4 Blocks Vanilla & Sweet for fast maturation, high in oak lactones, cocos, sweet notes, cinnamon, moderate vanillin, much furfural (fresh almonds), wood and smoke aromas, creamy, leather aromas.
