380L Pot Belly Boiler with Agitator

Our 380 liter pot belly boiler with agitator made of stainless steel, the ideal mid-level model in the professional class!

This multipurpose vessel is equipped with the following ports:

• 1 x 2 inch tri-clamp drain port
• 5 x 2 inch tri-clamp element port (direct heating with immersion heater)
• 1 x 2 inch frontal screw-on sight glass
• 2 x 2 inch tri-clamp auxiliary top ports (configurable as desired, like e.g. for sight glass, safety pressure valve or end cap with thermowell for temperature measuring)
• 1 x 8 inch tri-clamp top port for superstructures (like e.g. column oder aroma basket kit)
• 1 x manway with a massive lid, tightly lockable with screw terminals and a special gasket made of food safe silicone, which enables easy filling and interior cleaning
• 1 x gear box for electric motor for powering the agitator

The electric motor for the agitator in combination with the gear box has a more than enough rated power. The necessary connection material, like cable, plug and switch, is not included in delivery, and such works should be left to an experienced electrician anyway.

Three height adjustable feet allow accurate alignment of the boiler.

Popular applications with the appropriate configuration for example would be as still or mash tun.

This item is provided bare-bone with all ports open, the necessary accessories for the respective application are to be ordered separately.

Boilers, which we do not have available from stock, can be made by our factory to customer specifications. Here the lead time is usually about 3-4 months from placing of order and down-payment. Details can be requested using our contact form.
