French Oak N°1 Mini Staves

French Oak N°1 Mini Staves Traditional Toast for slow maturation, closest to the oak barrel taste, discrete aromas with the typical balances of oak lactones and vanillin.

This variety is very popular with distillers, who prefer descreeter wood notes in their products.

Direction: 5 - 20 gram wood in 1 liter spirit perferably at cask strength (around 65% ABV) for at least 4 weeks. The exact amount of wood and the duration of aging depends on personal preferences. We advise to try different variations.
