French Oak Pack of 3 Variety (A) with 100 grams each to become acquainted with, the ideal mix for a series of experiments:

• French Oak N°1 Mini Staves Traditional Toast for slow maturation, closest to the oak barrel taste, discrete aromas with the typical balances of oak lactones and vanillin.
• French Oak N°2 Mini Staves Vanilla & Sweet for slow maturation, coco and sweet aromas, cinnamon, high in vanillin, furfural (fresh almonds) notes, distinct wood tones, fresh butter, butterscotch.
• French Oak N°3 High Vanilla Blend is a mixture of different wood varieties and toastings for fast maturation, high in vanilla, with sweet vanilla notes, low wood and smoke tones, and a balanced formula.
